I am going to complete my 12th and is expected to get above 85% cbse in commerce(without maths)... im confused with my future options...

At ths opint you are having ample of options to go for. If you want to do traditional courses you can opt for B.tech as now there are lot of specialization available otherwise vocational courses like mass comm and journalism are in the trends nowadys. Again it solely depends on your interest and cozyness which field you choose. Below are the universities you can check out -
