I am going to complete my class 12th (commerce) without Maths. Can you please suggest me some good colleges for B.Com (Hons.)?

If you score a good percentage then you can go to colleges in Delhi like SRCC, and Hansraj. Christ University, Bengaluru is also a good option.

Christ University Narsee morarji Banaras Hindu University Symbiosis Amity Lucknow University There are many top colleges which not mandate Maths as core subject in 12 for entrance in B.Com (Hons).

If you can mention a particular location then it would be easy to answer but I am mentioning a bit about the following if it can help you: Delhi University - Hansraj College and KiroriMal College Mumbai University - Narsee Monjee College.

The best colleges for the B.Com (Hons. ) are most of them under the DU and some good colleges are in Mumbai. In Delhi, you can opt for the Hansraj College, Kirori Mal College, etc. and in Mumbai are Narsee Munji College and some other.
