    Yes, this is possible provided you are able to attend college and work in shifts at your work place. You can check with your employer and request him to let you work in a shift wherein you are able to attend college during the day. Alternately, you can look at pursuing M.Com via correspondence.

    No, it is not possible, if you do both as full time. Either do job as part time or study through correspondence. However, if you don't want your job experience to reflect on your CV, then you can do both together. But, it will be very hard to sustain both at same time.
