You too far ahead of yourself! I am glad you are thinking ahead - still, you are looking 5 years down the road. Complete your Bachelor's and by that time new technologies will emerge. Decide in your 3rd or 4th year. Best wishes!

Hi, If you are interested in embedded systems, then apply for a Masters degree in embedded systems only. What's the problem in deciding? Go for the subject that you desire to pursue.
