i am going to write MAT exam in may 2016.it is possible to get admission in SIES july/august 2016?

You will have to apply for 2017-2019 Batch as by may the list of students are finalised and put up. If you want to apply this year try giving CET CMAT

No, its not possible . You must get result of entrance exams before last date of submission of application form. You can write December 2015 and February 2016 MAT exam or any other entrance exam (CAT/XAT/CMAT/Mh-CET/ATMA/MAT) to apply in SIESCOMS.
