If you are good at Chemistry, you must choose petroleum or chemical. If Computers, then CSE. Now, choice is yours.

You can go for chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, electrical or electronics. I will not recommend CSE because in India they do not teach any industrial related content like android, PHP, IOS, or Python. They only teach 10% percent of Java and Dot net. You have to learn these languages from private. IT companies don't care about your engineering degree, they recruit any engineering graduate with the knowledge related to the IT industry. If you are looking for campus recruitment then also you have to clear their aptitude test and PI. In PI they just test your leadership quality.

If you like chemistry, then you can take petroleum or chemical analysis engineering. But, if you want to go with CSE, you have to be good in computer science and mathematics as well.
