Dear Sharan, You are BBA Graduate and employed in Govt. Bank. If you are aspiring for a Functional area learning like HR, then MSW (HR) shall be pursued. M.Lib.Sci. requires B.Lib. Sci. and that will be irrelevant for our current career. So request you to be focused on education as it would fetch
