I am graduate and doing now M.com in 2011-12, so my question is same time I do both and is it valid ?

Your question is not clear But as i understand you are trying to do your graduation along with M.com. My dear friend it is not possible because the eligibility of M.com is B.Com Pass. If any way you are succeeded in doing so Than the degree is not valid.
