Degrees are valued more than diplomas always. Its more advisable to go for a degree course. You can go for a diploma only if you are already having some work experience of hospitality industry in your pocket.In that case, you can even do well with a diploma. A diploma in hospitality and a MBA degree cannot be compared. There are 2 separate fields with separate requirements and different careers. What do you want to become in your life, say 5 years down the line? Please let me know and i shall give you my suggestion accordingly.

dear poonam, mr. tapan has rightly suggested u tht degree is always better than diploma.i m also working in tourism industry for more than 05 yrs and frm my experience i will advice u to go for a degree course only which is widely recognised and do it from a university which gives u guaranteed place
