I am graduate with 2 experience in banking. Should i opt for MBA or diploma in banking/finance? In which is better career opportunity in NZ?

I have total 4.5 years experience, graduation in arts and a PGDBA (Distance) from Sikkim Manipal University. I want to know what is the better for me to do diploma in business or banking/finance for better career in NZ

Normally MBA need three years expereience. You can very well opt for Level 7 diploma in mangment which will be vry cost effective and also will give you options to stay back
