    Yes, IGNOU would be a better options amongst all other providing distance education.

    If you have interest in Computers then there is nothing in going out there for MCA. Its indeed a good thing to go for it. But before going there do R&D on what exactly are your interests in Computers because there are many things in IT Industry.
