Hi Pankaj.
Having interested in Civil do a course in Autocad from Autodesk Education Service providers. It will be easy for you to draw plans accordingly.

Dear Pankaj,
You can go for professional/ executive civil engineering programs in which u can pursue your job and of course the degree will not be the distance learning.
