Hi,
As you have completed your undergraduate degree in computer science, it would be advisable for you to pursue Masters in computer science and related fields.
Find below, some of the universities in Canada offering masters in Computer science:
University of Alberta.

hey hi,
To add to Gautam sir i will say this.
I am 2009 CSE BE, and did MTech from IIT Bombay in CSE.
IITs will have a flexible course structure you can choose the CAD courses and do a research or Masters thesis in that. so you will get a degree in CSE but will get specialization in CAD.

CAD as a specialized subject is not available for pursuing M.Tech/MS, however, in your project semester, you can choose CAD based project. Besides, CAD will be a subject in second or third semester in many reputed and top grade colleges like IITs.
