I am gratuate in b.sc.with PCM 57% in 2014 and i hv drop one year.which field is better bank'ssc,or other one.n with i want to do pgdca so.
I want to do PGDCA which subject will better one of PCM or other like psyco,hindi or other one.i will thankful of yours

Yes banking job would be good. But before that you either do MBA with Finance & Banking as your specialization subject or you can straight away appear for the competitive exams for banks probatinary officer.
