I am Harmeet B.com Graduate, PGDM and Working as Manager -Admin for last 5 yrs with MNC's.want to change my profile. Pls advice the options.
I am not happy with my current profile and it doesn't suites to my personality as well. I am B.com graduate and PGDM from IFEN. I am working as Admin Manager with telecom industry but I don't want to work in Admin and Facilities department. Please advice me the suitable options or course.

Hi Harmeet I suggest you check with your HR team if they have any job for you as per your profile...I believe they will at least guide you, Secondly I am suggesting the same you because you already spend a long time (5years) in same organization. MNC's generally rotate the jobs of all their employees from time to time. See what job you can take up with the same organization. Request for the same and with some experiencve you can change your profile. The other alternative is to do distance education course in other specialization subject of y
