I am having 43% percentile in CAT 2015, are there any chances for me to get selected?

You have a very low score. The cut-off is around 70%tile for CAT.

Last year CAT cut off was around 70 percentile. If you are appeared for CMAT 2016 then you can apply with CMAT 2016.
