I am having 9 backlogs (all clear) with 7.04 CGPA in ECE. What are my chances to get admission in a foreign country?

Hi Sagar Rana,
This will depend on the university you are applying to and your overall profile. Some universities, the highly ranked ones won't prefer so many backlogs while some may. Your chances will also depend on your SOP, LOR, IELTS scores, etc. You must also check the university websites for the entry requirements, email them and prepare accordingly.
