International Placement in HR is not as common as they are in Finance, Consulting, or Analytics. Although there are companies which provide international placements in both the campuses. But, I will definitely say that both campuses are great places to study and you can go to either of them by comparing the parameters like Fees, RoI, Location, Your Own Preference, Opportunities compatible to you. Then you can make an informed choice.

Not many companies come to XLRI that give international placements. If your sole purpose to join a B-School is for international placements, then you should probably go for TISS. However, XLRI does have some brilliant companies from all the sectors that come for placements as well. So, the choice is upto you.

As you so specified with international placement, I would suggest to choose XLRI, here we have placements, but based on Indian corporates mostly.

I would refrain from commenting on a b school in a public forum. However, while deciding about a college you can have a look at the following factors and then decide judiciously:
    1) Faculty
    2) Placements
    3) Infrastructure
    4) Alumni base
    5) Fee
    6) Location
    7) Brand value
Most of the above things are available on the website of the college. You can check which of the above factors is important to you and on the basis of that you can take your decision.

XLRI is one of the best B-School for HR. The faculty as well as the placements are of good quality. A number of companies do come to recruit for an international role. So, if you convert your HR call from XLRI, I don't think there should be any dilemma in choosing it.
