i am having cross atkt sybsc in mumbai university, can i change my college to take admission in other college and transfer the atkt.

as per university rule

Dear friend, you can not transfer cross ATKT. first clear your cross atkt than you will allow to transfer single year atkt and you will able to tack admission in new collage. for more information contact your collage administration. ALL THE BEST

if your college give NOC and the another college want to take ATKT student it is possible
