I am having domicile of uttarakhand and got 6180 rank as a state rank in general category.Is i am able to get govt. college for btech.

I am having domicile of uttarakhand and got 6180 rank as a state rank in general category.Is i am able to get govt. college for btech.and got 70% pcm,air is 335000.can i get any govt. college on the basis of state rank quota.
