I am having four years experience in mechanical erection field ,so now i want to get a step ahead so i what should i do mtech or mba

Mtech means what type of mtech and if mba what specialization and if need to change from erection field how should i change from this field and to which field i should shift and i am a btech mechanical engineering student had 4 years exeprience in erection field please help me to choose better path
