I am having 30 years work experience in the spinning Industry,I like to add more qualifications.Suggest me how to do the same.

Job wise i dont think you need any more qualification than knowing each and every bit which you have. Still if you want to got for more knowledge, i appreciate that and i would suggest you to get a distance MBA. it would be advantage.
