Choose a program in which you have interest. You can do MBA from any field now a days because now you have end number of specialization. So choose according to your interest.

Being a commerce student, you may think about doing a B Com before you can do an MBA. CA/CWA/CS etc can be done along with your graduation in case you have plans for consultancy services.
