Hi Priya, you have started looking for options at a very right time. Engineering in Biotechnology is not a very common terminology in Singapore. You can although find Biomedical Engineering at National University of Singapore and SIM University Singapore.
Both NUS and SIM are few of the Universitie

NUS and NTU, but they may require SAT score for admissions.
