It is not correct to choose between Hindi and English.Choose both and try to be comfortable in both languages and it is good for your career.

You can choose English , for science student it is difficult to read Hindi

If you belongs to science stream then you should take English because it will be necessary to take in Graduate Level. Hindi is valuable when you belongs to Arts Stream.
