    Hi, choosing career is a big decision as it means your future. Being confused wouldn't get you to a solution. Start searching for your interests, what you like, which subjects you like more. If you want to go ahead for engineering or medical, start preparing for entrance exams. If you want to pursue B.Sc. check which all fields are there. But, more importantly focus on your class 12th, as the marks scored here are going to take you ahead. All the best.
