You can prepare and appear for NCHMCT JEE exams and try to get the best ranking for admissions. You can also appear for MHCET exams for Hotel Management conducted for degree colleges of Maharashtra. -

but if you want to do from best colleges, then you need to prepare for entrance exam like NCHMCT JEE for IHM Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata
UEI, Rohini and Delhi. It's based in UEI Global aptitude test.
