I am in 12th. Since class 11th, I am scoring very low marks in C+. Should I opt for B.Tech CSE or not? What are other options than CSE?

Don't worry on your class 11th marks. If you select CS after class 12 then, you will be definitely succeed in that. But, for that you should learn more and more, and do more practice on coding skills in different computer languages. Like c, c+, Java, html etc.
