Do not go in the race of engineering or medical in which everybody is going try to go for career option, which excites you to makes you happy to do your work. Try to think out of the box, and do what you have always wanted to see. If you think that you will go in engineering, then you will have money and everything, but in every field you can have enough wealth.

There are various other career options available than engineering.
If you find extreme interest in any of your hobbies to choose it as your profession with an answer to the questions
"Can I do it without any pressure?"
"Can I wake up from sleep to just complete your work?"
You can select that. Why not become an entrepreneur?
Apart from it, if you can go for Army Navy, Air Force, appear for SSB and other exams.
Before finalizing any career avenue, seek the zone of your interest and go for it.

Be an entrepreneur and make opportunities for others also. It is not that easy, but yes it is challenging.
