To be frank, biotechnology has more scope abroad than in India. So I would suggest you to do bachelors in biotech from India and then move to US/UK for MS/Phd. This will help you make a career in teaching.research field.
Biotech companies recruit MBAs for marketing/general management profile.

Well I too would agree with Surya and suggest you on similar lines as stated by him.
As for the other career opportunities are concerned, there are many in the medicine field from the ones like MBBS, paramedics, dental sciences, pharmacy etc.
