    Yes, you can also do BJMC in Delhi after finishing the first year of B.Com. Yet, as BJMC is an under-graduate course, normally you would have to complete your 10+2 before you join that course. If you are interested in doing both B.Com and BJMC, you might have to find out if there are any colleges that provide the option of combined or part-time classes. All universities such as Delhi University, IP University, and private colleges such as IIMC provide BJMC, but most of them have the condition that students should be eligible for undergraduate courses. You might have to drop your B.Com or go for BJMC after you complete it.
