I am in 1st year of engineering. Is it possible for me to change my college to other engineering college of different university?
My college is affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad.

I can only sympathize with you. But take it from me. It's next to impossible to change college after taking admission. With seats lying vacant all around, no college will allow a student to go away.
