I am in 2nd year BCA. Should I prefer going to front end programming or back end database management (DBA)?

I think you need to choose one that best serves your interest and skill. If you feel free in programming, take it as your career else, DBA. Both are prospective. Give your best effort and go ahead. Best wishes.
