I am in 2nd year mech. engineering and am going to fail in 3 subjects.MS in usa requires abv 55% in BE.So i was thinking to take 1yr drop.

I was thinking of taking drop as it will cause huge burden in 3rd year which will result in less than 55% in 3rd year.With less than 55% it will nt b possible to get admision for MS in usa.I also had drop in 12th for iit exam under grade improvement scheme.Will 2 yr drop affect my career.
