See, if you wish to go for research things then going for M.Pharma will be a good option, but if you wish to handle management roles the pursue MBA in pharma.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Pharma would be a better option. However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA (Pharma) would be better.

The career opportunities, compensation and growth in pharma research will have limitations as well as they are long drawn. Instead, if you pursue management studies, you can see excellent growth prospects pharma marketing, consulting, business strategy with high earning potential.
