    The transfer is possible in colleges affiliated with the University of Mumbai for 3rd year. Please ask your College Coordinator regarding this.

    Hi Meheer, It's not possible to change college in the second year.

    Firstly, the question is why you want to change the college and secondly, there is no college that gives the admission in the 3rd year, and it is completely time and money wasting.
