I am in 2nd year of my graduation course from correspondance,can itake up another graduation course from correspondance in other university?
Iam pursuing bcom(h) from sol:correspondance-2nd year.
can i start another graduation course from ignou?
there would be one year gap already when i will get ma degree.

Yes, you can but you need to ensure that you do not end up getting the two degrees in the same academic year.
