I am in +2with home Science and after complete my degree can I eligible to earn in foreign countries.

You can apply for the visa for the other countries but solely on class 12th basis. It is really tough to get a decent job, because some higher degree must be there to secure a job. I suggest doing any Bachelor level course related to home Science then apply for jobs in foreign. Good luck. -

That depends on your skills and knowledge. No one gives guarantee to anyone that whether you will be eligible or not. If you will complete your degree from a good institution with marks, skills and knowledge than of course you can earn anywhere in the world. All the best.
