Technically, a student can apply for registration at executive level only after completing his/her graduation degree. But the institute has provided an option to get registration done, if the student is in final year of course. Hope this information helps you.

Today I saw a video which was telling that CS has changed its criteria now no matter u r graduate of what u have to give cseet then only you will be able to appear for executive level.
