You need to work hard and ensure that your overall percentage in B.Com is over 50%. Since 50% is the minimum admission requirement for MBA in absence of it will be difficult for you to appear for CAT. So please focus on your studies and get more than 50% marks in B.Com.

You can apply for improvement to increase the percentage in graduation. You need to clear an entrance test such as XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST accepted by various colleges and you should also have a minimum of 50% to 60% in your Bachelors (any stream) for admission in MBA. Admission in MBA is done on the basis of entrance exam followed by interview and GD.
