I am in 3rd year of my b.pharm and doing it frm SJCPS, BBSR. in all semester stood top in my batch, will it be plus point for getting job.

Hi Sanjay, Getting good marks is not the only criteria for getting a job, though its a advantage, but company now a days take into consideration complete profile of the student before offering them a job. Companies today apart form good academics also looks into: Communication Skills. Interpersonal Skills. Extra Curricular activities. Academic background. I hope this answers your query.
