You can either opt for MBA or a specialization course like CA or CS depending upon your wish and capability.

he should go for a job n with that he may do m.b.a with corespondance for a increase in his job post or else he may do a m.b.a n thn go for a job but i prefer a job with correspondance of m.b.a

MBA is better option to make good future

MBA Finance would be a good idea. M Com too along with CA/CWA is not a bad option.
