I am in BCA 1st year. I want to change my university to Mumbai University. Can I get admission in Mumbai University from 2nd year on wards?

College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on the college and university norms. Some universities allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.
