    Hello Abhishek,
Learning English is not mandatory for IIT exam. Apart from this, you can always prepare for IIT exam with Hindi study material available in the market. English is just a language. But if you really have an interest in learning English, you can learn it online at beginning levels. Hope this answers your question. Best wishes for your preparation.

English Language is not a barrier for JEE. Even the exam question paper comes in the Hindi language too. There are many books and websites available which have the content written in Hindi. You can follow them and easily crack the exam.
I wouldn't suggest learning English at this time for the preparation because not only it will consume you ample of time but also diverge you from applying full concentration on the topics of JEE.
