You absolutely don't have to worry. Admission to UG courses in Christ Bangalore is decided by an 'entrance test' followed by an interview.
Marks of 10th and 11th class are just asked and they do not affect your admission as they are not given preference. Application forms are out in December and entrance test takes place somewhere in April/May. 12th class results come much later so they DON'T matter. Admission to all courses is through a test, except for a few courses like the 'triple majors'.
