Hi, Firstly, you need to register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an Architect. You can first finish your 12th exams and then go for a 3 years undergraduate Diploma programme in Interiors and also take a degree in graduation from SOL, simultaneously.

If you are looking for IIT then you have to crack JEE Mains paper 1 and JEE advance then AAT. You will get IIT, Roorkee or IIT, Kharagpur. For SPA and NIT you have to give JEE paper 2. NATA is also an architecture entrance exam which is accepted by government and private colleges.

JEE Main Paper 2 exam you'll have to give just after 12. This is all I know. Rest you can google.
