i am in defence and my age is now 34 years.my qualification is MBA in HR .what course to equip better outside for good job now ?

i am serving IAF,very close to complete signed regular engagement period . My qualification is MBA from amity in correspondence, CG PA-6.4(recently completed).i want to know what additional or complimentary course to boost my stand for better job outside.

As you are from defence you have better opportunities outside with the qualification you have. But still if you like to go for any additional qualification you opt for courses on Managerial skills which are provided by many institutes.
