I am in Diploma final year and I from Gujarat. So my question is can I get admission in direct 2nd year in B.Tech in COEP.

But the problem is you are domiciled in Gujarat and seeking lateral admission in COEP. Practically speaking, you have no chances. It's better to attempt in a good college in Gujarat.
