I am in F.Y.B.A, Pune University. I also want do B.A. from IGNOU.which sub should i choose- pol sci or pub ad as i want 2 go 4 UPSC?

I intend of doing B.A. in History from Pune University. And Political Science will be my general subject. So which subject will be beneficial Pol. Sci. or Pub. ad. for B.A. in IGNOU, in point of view of Civil Services exams. Currently my subjects are History, Geography, Pol. sci., sociology.
