I am in final BA by OUS from Sikkim EIILM University,i have not completed 10+2,now I am 22,can i do BEd or MA after this n become a teacher?

I am in final BA by OUS from Sikkim EIILM University,i was not able to complete 10+2,now I am 22 years old,i can do BEd or MA after this,my aim is to become a teacher or lecturer,but my doubt is will i get a post of permanent lecturer?,as i have not cleared 12th,i am in total stress,please guide me

The minimum eligibility criteria for BEd is Graduation. You can do and i think not any university should restrict you to do it. EILM is UGC-DEC approved so definitely you can do MA.
